Heat Recovery Core
Counter-flow plate heat exchanger with an optimal distance between layers to ensure a high heat recovery efficiency and a smooth movement of the airflows. Counter-flow heat exchanger provides a long distance flows of air and with a large plate area. Material with Graphene used also has a high heat recovery efficiency, where the counter-flow heat exchanger is washable and durable, anti-mold, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. No cross contamination during the air exchange process, the fresh air from outdoor and the contaminated air from indoor move in separate layers where they don’t contact each other.
Fan Motor
The high performance Variable Speed Drive (VSD) EC motor equipped in the unit has the features of low power consumption, quiet and high static pressure. This not only reduces the long run electricity cost, but also ensures the air delivering to the room is sufficient after ducting. EC motor provides an excellent overall performance including energy saving.
Bypass Damper
All models are equipped with a bypass damper for summer bypass (free-cooling). Without exchanging the heat at the heat exchanger, the fresh air with comfortable temperature level from outdoor can be delivered into the room directly and the hot air from indoor can be exhausted to the outdoor directly. Automation of the bypass function depending on the internal temperature sensors is also available when pairing with Control System Model VK8.

The models are equipped with ducts that is easy for ducting connection. With a rubber circular band on the ducts, this helps putting installation at ease.
External Casing
The models with coated sheet steel housing, CS and W Series, are equipped with 15mm-20mm internal heat and sound insulation, while TP Series designed with EPP housing has a insulation of 30-45mm.
Service Panel
With the service panels of filters at the front of the unit, this reduces the service space needed especially when the unit is installed in an apartment. The slim designs fit better when the unit is installed in the ceiling or in the wall.

G4 extract filter and G4 supply filter are fitted as standard in each unit. F8 supply filter is optional. H11 supply filter is available upon request (H11 filtering efficiency of PM2.5 is >99.9%).

EPP has properties of light weight, heat and sound insulation. With a full EPP housing and structure from internal to external, the unit has an internal insulation of 30-45mm, which enhances the heat and sound insulation level. Counter-flow heat recovery cores, high static pressure and ultra silent EC motors, built-in bypass system, class G4 and F8 filters are some of the main configurations of the product.
TP THERMAL Series
The classic four ports on the top for installation fits residential uses and also fits office uses. Ports with circular rubber band for easy ducting connection, easy-open service panel and easy wall mounting are some of the features for installation and maintenance. The unit can be installed in left hand or right hand, it can be just simply turned around to the other side for another orientation. Both sides have the service panel for filters or heat exchangers maintenance.
